The first contacts with photography were born in high school, accompanying a friend who photographed regularly. From then on I kept shooting, using the PRATIKA as my first film reflex and then progressing to other cameras. Today, between my FUJIFILM X20 and my mobile phone, I am continuing an activity that gives me a lot of satisfaction.

I was born in New Mexico, the day after my parents opened Santa Fe’s first contemporary art gallery. I grew up surrounded by mysterious objects that seemed to speak a secret alchemical language—a language I have been striving to understand, or invent, ever since. My practice explores the intersection of art, science, and spirituality by pushing digital cameras to record energy we cannot see.
